Cody Spell helps children practise spelling and phonics through word tests, voice playback and progress tracking. It is designed for educational use by children aged 5-11, with adult supervision.

3. Account and Login

• Adults (parents, guardians or teachers) create accounts using an email and password.
• Keep login details private and secure.
• Adults are responsible for supervising children's use of the App.

4. Acceptable Use

• Use the App only for lawful, educational purposes.
• Do not copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute content or software.
• Do not upload harmful or offensive material.

5. Educational Content

We aim for accuracy but cannot guarantee every word or pronunciation is error-free.

6. Privacy

We collect account, learning and usage data to operate and improve the App. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All software, text, images, audio and design are owned by Skyriver Limited or its licensors. You may not reuse content without written permission.
